I make software and web applications easy, productive, and fun to use. I've employed everything from pencil and paper to HTML / CSS, creating functional prototypes, mockups, personas, use cases, wireframes. In addition, I script, run, and report on usability tests and surveys.
I've worked in consulting and permanent roles for companies including Hewlett-Packard, Lycos.com, Salary.com, and Staples.
